    Why spend $40 odd dollars on these products? Far better to donate the money to your favourite charity than end up with another piece of crap in your loft.

    I ride 400 kms+ a week and also do sports massage and I think the Stick is an excellent piece of kit for self-massage, especially for the calfs and quads. the fact that the rollers are independent from the handles makes it a lot more practical than the traditional rolling pin. I can safely say it won't end up in my loft!
