The spider that lives in my helmet

Here's a question: How do I get rid of the spider which has made a home in my helmet? I can't find it when I look for it, but it insists on trying to build a web between my glasses and my eyelid while I'm out riding. Would a conker work?
Not lost, just exploring...

How can you be sure it's living in your helmet if you can't find it there, it may simply have installed itself in your hair.0

Conkers don't work. My Dad listens to Radio 2 and told me whyhe had a conker in the door pocket of the car after he walked into a web built in the car.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

If you can't find it, how can you hit it with a conker?

...the helmet is it's "second home" - it doesn't actually live there, it just uses your helmet to claim expenses against.
...maybe the spider actually lives in your eyebrow & only comes out to spin when you have your glasses on, so that it has somewhere to sling a web across to?
