Need to book a couple of couriers, but halfway through the process it freezes.... on both my PCs (with different ISPs)

This is getting on my tits, have tried to locate a number on their website, to no avail, there seems to be no department for what I want to do TELLING THEM THAT I CANT BLOODY BOOK ONLINE/THEIR SITE IS FOOKED!

The problem is that I can't get past the 'what service do you require' it just freezes (tried this on 2 PCs)

But you can't even get through to them to tell them this, this sucks ar5e!!!

Just tried it here for you and I'm upto the screen to input collection & delivery addresses, is that further than you've got? No probl;ems getting there, quite quick. I'm on the latest Firefox.

correction, just used fake address to see and after choosing a service it hangs on that screen saying 'Loading Page'

Righto, it's 2 things....

I am collecting a frame (The Marin Team) via my own courier (senditnow etc etc) as they (marin stockist) wanted £30 to post it.

Then I have to send my IFT frame to it's new owner in a huge GT (sanction) bike box, they ask for measurements, which I gave then..... they quoted me silly money.

The package I need to send is no more than 6kgs

Shall I lie about size, should be used to it by now ?

I sent a frame too for 8 quid! Those boxes are big. Don't lie - get the stanley knife out!

Why not use the Marin frame box when it arrives?
