What crank? Sram red or Sram S950?

Would people go for a Sram Red crank or a Sram S950 one? I need one as i have been advised to fit a compact chain set and my current crank setup will not handle compact rings. Its currently got a Sram S900 crank on it and sram red everything else.

I would advise you to buy the one YOU want. Not something that I want. Just about any crank will work, if that's what you're asking.0

Well a sram red is only £10 more than a S950 one. Do people advise me to go for the red?0

isn't the '950' range just the series for 'red' - therfore they are the same?
if not - and you have red everything else - then go for the red - might as well complete the group!0 -
