Looking at bike options around the 1500 mark. What are peeps opinions on Boardman bikes? They look v light and good value for money.

Also Wilier look the part but don't know much about them.

P.s as a start read the sticky at the top entitled 'what road bike' and also read through a few of the other threads on here, loads of useful advice. And yes the boardman bikes are some of the best value for money also check out the planet x website for other great deals.......

The ribelle is a horrid looking bike. Lovely frame shite graphics. I went to see it at ribble and had a good chat with the guy there over how ugly it was. Apparently its getting a graphics overhaul in the new year and it will look stunning apparently.

If it had looked good when I went to Ribble I'd have probs bought it there and then but it is truely minging.
