small budget for a good bike???

hi i have a budget of about £600-£700. What is the best road bike for this price, i have seen the Giant Defy bikes and they look good any comments on them will be great and any other bikes that are good will be great :!: :!: :!:

But then so do all bikes :roll: Buy the one you like the look of and, more importantly, get the one that fits the best 8)
