Epping Forest, Any One Know Where These Are?

Any one here know where these two routes start and end at epping forest and if so could mark them roughly on a map.(google map would be good).

Can't seem to figure out where that river/stream is, can't really see a stream on google maps. If I have a rough idea I can find them.

    Hard to tell from the videos I reckon the second video is from High Beach I‘ve done that before the first one looks familiar I’ll take guess at somewhere in this location.

    From what I remember rides start at 9.30 on Sat/Sun. The locals will show you the best singletrack.

    Been riding down there for a good 6 months now and have found a lot myself and by looking at some maps with routes plotted out. 9:30 is too early for me, I'm still in bed then.
