I see he won the folding bike champs in the UK. There's something satisfying seeing a big hitter back at this league, maybe he knows it was a joke at USPS and is mocking it now in his own way? Kinda like Heras more now... let's see if he deserved a vuelta removed from his palmares or not?

No way. Should keep his titles. Who knows what the others were doing.
2004 RU? Santi ("another fresh bag please,") Perez.
Probably the most super-charged third week in Grand Tour history.
Biggest downer for him, must have been handing over his record win to "Vienna" Menchov.

How about Vuelta 06. The Vino and Kash POWER SHOW!
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.

You must remember than Vuelta well Vino. I remember you and five of your teammates were all struck down by food poisoning. A terrible bit of luck. Luckily the 'vegetarian' Cadel Evans was OK (even though he's one of those rare vegetarians that eats meat) as was Erik Zabel.

Let's see more retired riders doing the Brompton champs. Jason Queally -v- Heras? It's a short distance and no mountains

What about Cipo? He can't stay retired for long. Gilberto Simoni's always pugnacious, and Moser likes funny bikes.

The real draw, however, would be Victoria Pendleton. Maybe after 2012 8)
