Hi Guys,
With the postal service being what it is at the moment, I was hoping for any ideas for safely posting a frame asap? London to Carlisle.
Thanks in advance guys.

Get a box from your LBS, use plenty of bubble wrap, spacers between the drop-outs and plaster the box with "Fragile", "DO NO BEND" "DO NOT STACK" stickers etc.
Royal mail have always been outstanding both in cost and in delivery speed for me, and as such, I've never used anyone else so I cant comment on that Im afraid.0 -
Try Parcels 2 Go.
Will cost you about 8 quid, insured courier.0 -

Royal Mail Standard Parcels, about 9 quid for a frame, granted it's not guaranteed and it can take up to 3 working days but I've done a few this way without any problems.0
