Which cheap 10 speed Shimano wheel for turbo training?

I want to buy/build a cheap ten speed Shimano/SRAM compatible rear wheel to be used exclusively for turbo training.
I can't afford to upgrade my current wheel and relegate the current one to turbo duties, so I was wondering if anyone has any advice on which wheel/parts would be the best value for this purpose. I haven't found much on offer second hand and most cheap new wheels are sold in pairs, so I'd be most grateful for advice if anyone else has recently done this or could give me a tip on where to get a cheap ten speed wheel!
