My microsoft word has become not responding with loads of unsaved work is there anyway i can get the work saved?

Copy and paste into another text programme?0

If its a later version, i.e XP and above press CTRL + ALT + DE and manually terminate the Word.exe program. That way it'll get in a huff when you next open it and show recovered work, it should be autosaving as we speak.
