Time for a winter trainer.

Is the Tk worth the extra over the T? I've read that the basic T can be a bit of an anvil, and I have a bad back, but they have the same rear end?

Opinions much appreciated.

Never ridden a T, but I cant praise the Tk highly enough ( I have a back problem too).

Me too. I have a Tk on 25mm tyres and find it pretty comfy on anything smoother than a cattle grid. Riding it does my back wonders; it's sitting at the pc at work that buggers it up.

Not ridden a T to compare though; decided before test riding that I preferred the looks and the slightly lower weight of the Tk frame.

Chris at Epic did say the T has a reputation for a slightly harsher ride than the Tk.

I'm wondering what the difference is handling wise and the way both bikes feel.
