Repairing carbon frames

Is it possible to repair a carbon frame.

I have dented the underside of the downtube, it is difficult to tell for sure but it seems that there are no cracks coming from the ding and the damage is a dent or kind of imprint. Can it be repaired, or does it need to be binned.
