I want to upgrade the wheels on my 09 Giant Bowery to do some tts had been looking at these

Seem a bit heavy but my budget is around 200-250.Any thoughts?

    Not for me... Get some Deep Vs or the new Velocity B43s. For £250 you probably can't get Phil hubs, but you'll be able to get something pretty sweet!
