Hi just got a new pair of Rocx Shox Sid Team Pushloc 2010's. The manual provided doesn't give much away so was wondering:

1. what the GATE knob does on the top left of the fork and how to adjust it.
2. re the dual air, is it advisable to have the same pressures in the plus and minus chambers or can you mix it up. Is there any advantage in doing so?
3. the rebound knob - haven't dared touch it yet. I know what it does but does the control have settings that click like on Fox's? Don't want to brake it!

Thanks

The manual seems pretty straight forward to me - which bits are causing confusion exactly? The gate seems well explained.

Further reading on dual air set up can be found in the FAQ on these forums

The rebound knob does not click, but does have end stops.

thanks for tips for rebound and air.
Its the GATE knob thats causing me to be confused. Can't see any reference to it anywhere in the manual. When turning it plus or minus what impact does it have.

The gate is the blow off valve - its effects are most pronounced when the fork is fully locked out. You can adjust it to unlock over a hit with little force, or a lot of force. It then returns to the locked state.

    Great thanks.
I've seen on the on line manual the turns needed for weight, but is there an end stop on this control - again don't won't to brake it
