is there any cycle courses i can do, distance learning or at a college or something like that?
im from dagenham so if anyone knows anything near me please tell me, i would like to achieve good bike mechanic skills for putting parts on and something that can help me with everything, may want to build my own bike one day, so this is why im looking for a course

I built my own bike by learning as I went along - never went on a course. Bike has been fine so far!
Get Mountain Biking do courses - I have done their riding skills courses and they have been really good. Instructors were very helpful and knowledgeable.My Website - Trail Centre info for the UK: MTB Trail Time0 -
