Just a plug for Henry Burton cycles in Stafford. I brought my kuota kharma from him in August - he wasn't the cheapest - but he seems very knowledgeable - he spent a while getting me fitted to the bike....after about a month, I started to get some back twinges, I emailed the shop - they offered to swap the stem and bars - free of charge.
Anyway after a chat with John, we agreed that just changing the bars for compacts would be the best option. This was all done pretty quickly - new bar tape, computer refitted,
Don't be put off by the lack of a web site, or the lack of shiny racing bikes in the shop window - he really knows is stuff, and is an honest dealer.

Good to know that there are some dealers that know their stuff and actually care about getting it right. I wish there were some like this around the outskirts of London0
