Hi all,
Pleased to say I did two fast loops of Timberland @ Bristol today. Not been on the bike since I was hit by a car on my road machine just under 4 weeks ago. Been having physio on shoulder, hand and leg but felt good today and was great being back out there.....thinking of Cwmarn or Afan next week....
Zesty still flying along nicely. A great bike and still very pleased I bought it back in March.
