Go and see our stadium and it's surrounding area. It's like a pearl dropped into a sh1tty toilet pan.

well if they do they wont be going to Bisley, The home of sport shooting. No some bright spark decided that Bisley is too far from London at a massive 25 miles away!

So after all the speechs about sports coming back to historical homes and how we will promote the historic side......they decided thats too much effort! (about as much effort as drawing a good logo)!

At least the sailing won't be in the Thames Estuary but based in Weymouth. Apart from the cycling the sailing is the only event that interests me as I've done far more competitive sailing than any other sport.

I think it's good that the event has gone to South America for the first time rather than to the USA yet again. I just wish Paris had won the competition for 2012. It's much nicer city than London and much cheaper ... for us :)

they could have had our 2012 slot - no-one wants it here we can't bloody afford it.

seriously though - surely chicago should have got it?

rio isn't exactly renowned as a safe city for travelers an surely this wil have an impact on the attendance.
  • should be easy for the athletes to get their drugs in brazil at least
