Armstrongs program for next year
Interview with Velo magazine has a bit

I think it would be sensible to try for LBL or one of those type of races. Although he probably ain't got the zip in his legs for it.
Mind, he said he'd do Paris-Nice this year and that didn't really work out....

Lots of "may" and "possibly" in that article.
I guess the big decision is Giro or California. What he does in May will influence the rest of his schedule.0 -
So Armstrong is back to spending the whole of june moving around the mountains of France (location never quite pinned down by the dope testers) familiriasing himself with the tour climbs.
This also helps propogate fanboy myth #4657
Being familiar with the geography of the uphill sections of the tour de france helps you ride up them at 460 watts
Of course it has nothing to do with Dr. Ferrari's campervan being nearby.
Is there anything left of his comeback speak, that he hasn't torn up?"Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
There's no mention of the Tour de France!
Seriously, there is competition for the July and it's not certain his team gets a ride, although I suspect it's highly probable. Still, if I was them I'd be hiring some hawk to run an anti-doping programme in order to please Prudhomme and I'd sign up for the Tour of Qatar for the same reasons.0 -
He also had a good go again at Contador but that doesn't appear there, you need to buy the thingx-x-x-x-x-x-x-x
Commuting / Winter rides - Jamis Renegade Expert
Pootling / Offroad - All-City Macho Man Disc
Fast rides Cannondale SuperSix Ultegra0 -
I'm sure the Tour of Murcia would be happy to see him there.0

Don't you love the way that that schedule automatically assumes Team Shack will have a PT licence? Even though Big Buddy Pat says it's 'still under consideration' - what a joke0

I wouldnt get too worked up about it a PT licence means jack shit these days, you can have a pro conti one and still get most if not all of those races..Gasping - but somehow still alive !0 -
Does anyone seriously think Armstrong won't be at the Tour next year?0

If you didn't read it, how do you know about the "lack" of style? Hmmmmmmmmmm0 -

Didn't the sheriff of Dodgy City pass this law?
Rocky Horror gave up a possible Giro ride because of this little problemo."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
You think such sommon or garden pesky little things as laws apply to Armstrong? For whom the 6 months in the testing pool rule was so easily waived?0

Matching helmet and shoes DOES NOT equal style. Everything, bike included, must be tastefully coordinated, shoes and socks must be predominantly white, basically
Style = Cipollini.
For more recent advocates of awesome style i refer you to Cancellara or Daniele Bennatti.0 -
How can you miss out Pozzato...
Bennati is definitely a good call though and a rider I prefer:

Thats as stylish as Michael Foot's 1982 Centaph donkey jacket
Gasping - but somehow still alive !0 -
Anyone who advocates wearing white shorts is as clueless as a gorilla looking at a wristwatch.
FACT!Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
Too much white and you just look daft, I can't make my mind up whether Pozatto looks like an Egyptian mummy or a worker in a hazchem suit.

why when you hate him so much do you all bang on about him? No wonder he gets so much coverage. Think LA has something up his sleeve for AC in 20100
