Which Cheap Frame Pump Should I Get?

Hi there,
I have just picked up a new titanium bike and was wondering what frame pump I should get.
On my old Bianchi I had a cheap zefal which went under the top tube and looked rubbish, and over about 5000 miles was never used!!
Anyway, this doesn't fit on my new bike, and was thinking one going down the seat tube might look better (not that I am vain, honest!!). Or maybe I should get a little diddy one that goes with the bottle cage like the Planet-X Carbon Dual Function Mini Pump?
Plus I don't want to fork out too much for one, any suggestions? The space to fit it in the seat tube is about 43-44cm.
Cheers!

A minimalist aluminium tube that might have been designed by Dieter Rams, it looks as simple and graceful as a pump can, mounted next to the seat tube. It pumps up to 100psi without difficulty. There are adhesive patches hidden in the handle. It's a tenner! I think it's about perfect.0
