    There are 2 types of cholesterol - LDL cholesterol (bad) and HDL cholesterol (good). Human beings need a certain intake of cholesterol unfortunately diets inthe western world are usually way to high, particularly in LDL.

    Both prawns and avocado are relatively high in cholesterol, actually but prawn shells are a very good source of glucosamine and avocado is high in vitamins A and E I think, so good for the skin, nails etc etc
