Kona frame size measurement?

Looking at getting a Blast / Caldera / Cindercone frame.
Is the frame size quoted by Kona from the centre of the bottom bracket to the centre of the top tube or from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube?

Doesn't really mean anything though without looking at all other measurements or trying one out.0 -
Thanks Sonic. Yes I have tried out the Kona quoted frame size that I am interested in. There is one for sale second hand and I just wanted to make sure the frame size quoted by the seller matches the Kona quoted frame size.
