Which househlod chore do you hate the most?

    Toilet/bathroom cleaning and dishwasher emptying are the pits.

    I don't mind ironing or hoovering but I generally only get left with man jobs such as car cleaning and lawn mowing, both of which I (strangely) love...

    I have the problem that when I start on the household chores I become a bit OCD about it. The hoovering leads to getting the Mr Sheen out. This leaves the kitchen looking comparatively filthy so the sink and worktops get a doing over which means I may as well mop the floor. After about two hours it's oddly satisfying to look around your clean (and somehow more spacious) house and sit down with a brew.*

    *Which leads to more washing up...

    Ironing for me, don't mind hoovering as most of our floors are wood. Why is it men are expected to help out with the traditional women's jobs but also to carry on with the traditional mens jobs (which I hate even more and am useless at!!!)? Despite all this I'm usually up, sort out the kids breakfast and packed lunch, ready to go to work, make the Mrs. a cup of tea and be leaving for work by time she finally gets out of bed in the morning - it's even worse on days I work from home :shock: :wink: Still, she's worth it I guess lol
