Anybody else doing this or done it before?
Looks like a nice ride round some hilly parts of wales including the elan valley.

    Heading up from London for my first hilly sportive. Anticipating a long day in the saddle, but excited about attacking some proper hills after a diet of Highgate west hill and "Little Switzerland", and taking in the scenery of course.

    Not looking forward to the drive back on Sunday night though.......

    why you not - thinking it's going to be heavy traffic?

    I will be there as well. The weather forecast looks as if it could be a nice sunny day, but a bit on the cool side.
