I'm looking to buy a new bike frame for under £400. I don't know where to start looking so any advice would be brilliant, or if anyone is selling one, that'd be great too.

There are loads of great frames out there for around £400 but I think we'll need a few more details before anyone can suggest something suitable. What sort of riding do you do, racing, touring, commuting, pootling about country lanes, short fast training rides, long distance etc? Do you need the ability to fit mudguards or panniers? Would you prefer steel or aluminium? Do you prefer flat bars or drops? It's not quite as simple as "what frame for £400".
I don't mean to complicate things but an idea of the type of riding you do would help folks understand what might suit you best.0 -

ok - so its over £400 - but apparently you get same frame cheaper on ebay - was a thread about a week ago - those who brought it were deleighted.0 -
Well it depends in what material really. You can get a half decent aluminium frame such as the Kinesis T or TK for that kind of money.

Sorry, I should have said. I want a road frame, drop handlebars, for training, not specifically for the winter and no need for mudguards or panniers. Thanks for the help. The Kinesis TK2 pops up a lot, does anyone have one or know if they're any good?0
