    Lower pressure does not always equal lower rolling resistance. Try running your tyres at 10psi and you'll see why.

    Basically tyres have an optimum pressure for a rider (ie weight) and terrain where it is lowest, then going either side of that increases it. Except on a very smooth surface where the rolling resistance is always less at higher pressures.

    Yeah, whether it's worth it or not with these methods is open to debate... I did it out of curiosity more than anything else, I've never had many problems with punctures even with thin tubes and low pressures. And the BMX method is heavier than my tubes! But some people puncture like nobody's business so they might love it

    I was bored so i picked up some bmx inner tubes, and some stans, the stans hasn't arrived yet but all seems good. The blew off then i pumped them to 60psi to get a good seal and so i can't hear anything now, but other than that I'm amazed it work!

    Can't wait to try it on the trails once the stans arrives.
