GT Fury as in the DH bike? It has slack angles that are designed for the downs and to add stabilty - though your shorter forks will make it steeper. Still, it will feel vague on the flat. You need to get your weight over the front more when cornering.0

6" travel forks?
should be 8"
what is the spec?
and get your weight forward."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

The force is actually quite steep for a bike of that travel. Most are somewhat slacker.0
