2004 Trek Fuel 100 Broken Rocker

Hello all, and Colin from Trek if you are on. I have a 2004 carbon Fuel 100 and its all fallen apart. I have ordered a rocker and pivot service kit to fix the issues with flex and slop that appeared in the back end, but only yesterday took it apart to check it out. The bad news is the holes in the rocker plates have worn right through to the edge of the material and on one side it has started to split. I spoke to my dealer and they say the carbon pivot is no longer made.. So now I am starting to think is it worth buying an aluminum replacement and all the service bits or is it time to get a new frame?
