WTD - CAAD9 F Frame

I'm trying to build a bike for the wife, but am struggling for a suitable frame.

Does anyone know where I might source a CAAD9 Feminine frame? Unfortunately, C'dale don't appear to import these to Europe officially - are there any companies doing grey imports?
