does any know of any in these areas? i would like to take part in one as i'm one of the best cross country runners in my year 
. i talked to the organiser of the coed y brenin one but he said that i have to be 17 or over. bear in mind i'm 13 but i'm only going to do it when I get a new bike which is going to be when I'm 14.
