Wondered if anyone had tips for recovery after a flu virus before an enduro event.
Supposed to be doing newnham 60 on Sunday but have been suffering with flu virus all week. am hoping to have 2 clear days to recover, but am doubtful if this enough.
Typical spend all summer in trainig for it and then get an illness right before it!
any ideas?

If it is the proper flu, you may be feeling bad for weeks. Pushing yourself too hard may do yourself more harm than good.
Sure light exercise and fresh air is beneficial, but straining yourself can have bad consequences as I found out for myself.0 -

I'd stick with just doing some recovery rides, you won't push yourself over the top and it will give you a good idea where you stand on fitness. Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0
