Just won a copy of Broken Toy Shop by E for £10.50 including postage.

Been looking for a copy of this CD for years, but it's been out of print since 2001 and was rare anyway due to the label going tits up just after it got released. Most copies go for silly money.

I feel your pleasure (although I have no idea what you're talking about).

I'm guessing he could have just purchased a musical recording disc by a popular beat combo from a virtual collectibles auction on the information super highway, or something.

  • If you get a chance, its really worth reading his book: "What grandchidlren should know."

Its depressing and miserable but a really good insight into the man.

Favourite Eels song? Mine is: "Elizabeth on the bathroom floor."

    Read it.

I already own everything else he's done (except Hombre Lobo, not had a chance to buy that yet) but this was near enough impossible to find previously.
  • I do believe his dad was a bit of a mentalist who worked out the answer to life, the universe and everything, only to be told "Dude, you're mental." by every other respected science bloke of the time.
Ultimately he was accepted as a bit of a genius.
