Good rear wheel for commuting?

Looking for some advice!
I've been thinking about replacing my rear wheel on my commuting bike for a while and today I managed to break a spoke so going to replace it sooner than planned! I'll get the current one fixed and keep it as a spare to use on the turbo.
The current wheel is an Alex DA22 rim with formula hub (130mm), 32 spokes.
I use a pannier most days and the roads I'm commuting on aren't great so not too worried about weight just want something good and strong!
I don't know much about wheels so would appreciate any thoughts.
Obviously don't want to spend a fortune either!
