Anyone own or has ridden one of the recent high-end Lapierres, i.e. with the x-lite II or Xelius frame? I'm very tempted by the new 2010 Xelius 700, or at least I'm tempted to promote it to primary lust object (given that I couldn't actually justify the expense at the moment...).
There's relatively little in the way of information about these bikes, but I've heard that the ride is very harsh. Maybe too harsh for me as I am light.
