Just a thought, could you mount your computer on the stem to free up some room on the bars? Not climber, not sprinter, not rouleur0

The Topeak Bar Xtender is better, the Minoura ones have a reputation for falling apart.0

The Minoura ones just vibrate to pieces in my experience. The best I've used is the following:

A light goes on the front and a computer on the rear quite nicely and it looks a lot less ugly with nothing on compared to a "T" version. Because there isn't the same leverage as on a long bar "T" it stays where it should.0 -
Had the Minoura one on my bike with no problems yet.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

I've got a minoura one hanging down off my stem, with my lights on like the topeak here:
Its been stable and solid however the internal bolts have rounded off meaning it's now impossible to tighten it up enough having removed it to flip my stem. I'll be getting that topeak one to replace it.0 -
I got a "BLT space shuttle" that costs a very reasonable £4.50. It's a T but a vertical one - so its even more compact. Mine is working fine. One light above the bar - the other below. Can also be strected to oversized bars - although the specs dont say this.
