Garmin Oregon 400T

Just bought the Oregon and trying to download the route sent through by the british heart foundation for the London to South Coast this weekend. To be honest, the Garmin directions are not fantastic. Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive got an Oregon 200 but would think its not too different?
What format is the route? What have you tried to do so far?0 -
Mate its a GPX file. I have really only conected it and played around. Nothing to complicated.0

If you connect your garmin to the computer, then put the gpx file into the folder called garmin. That should do it mate.0

Didn't work, so maybe there are a few differences. I googled it a bit more and apparently you supposed to put it in the GPX folder. Hmmm, so lets see.0
