Check this electronic gizmo out ( www.cerevellum.com ) is this the future of bike computers?
I saw a prototype of this unit on a bike when I was in the states about 3 years ago when the camera was mounted in the bar end plug & thought it was a pretty cool piece of kit.
It would seem to be an answer to many of our prayers. If the blurb is to be believed then it currently covers all the requirements of a basic computer is future proof & can have a vast array of other features added ie GPS etc.
One can at least see who is going to run into you. A neat feature is the recording loop, could be invaluable if you are knocked of your bike.
