So i went out today on my first proper bike ride

Was having a good time riding on the river bank and had just got past sawbridgeworth when i came flying round the corner and a wooden pole was sticking about 4-5 inches out of the ground ! and Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Over the handle bars i went ! first words were OUCH ! and then i was Bikes Ok !? i got some war wound pics to upload later just for you to all have a nice little giggle at the noobie rider.... :roll: :roll:

    bikes ok by the looks of it, as for me. im on pain killers and hurting..... Lucky for me a guy came alone that was inspecting the bank to make sure it was safe ! LOL yeah ! so he took pictures and gave me a card with his details on
