madison darcs.spare frame from ukbikestore

I have now waited since april 14th this year for the replacement frame for my darcs glasses - over 5 months now . I suggested to ukbikestore that they take a frame from a set and send it to me then replace the frame from the set with the one they eventually get for me.But they refused saying they could not split a set.
I have also contacted madison via email in the vain hope of getting the frame but thier excuse is they are waiting for a shipment. HOW ABOUT JUST PUTTING IT IN THE POST THEN!.
Anyone else had to wait this long for something they have ordered, and can anyone help me out with a spare frame?.
