Sunday kit wash routine:
1) Remove kit
2) shower
3) Neatly turn kit inside out
4) Close velcro on mitts (we don't want any catches on our lovely shorts, or jeyseys)
4) Remove sweaty pads from lid (smugly place pads in little net bag - wont be losing those)
5) Place kit in washing machine
6) Add eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergent
7) Select "Sports Wash"
8) Settle down for a nice cup of tea, congratulating myself for proving my "new man" credentials, now where's my phone.......?
9) aww, FFS!
Today I have learnt I have no business dealing with domestic appliances.
I blame Germaine Greer.

You can't blame GG for your lack of checking all/any pockets0
