Changing a Campag 11 speed cassette
Hi All
Need to remove a Camapag Chorus 11 speed cassette from a Fulcrum racing 5 and fit it to an Easton Ascent II. (Campag fitting of course).
Is this an easy job with the right tools ?
Would it be obvious if not done correctly ? Or worse dangerous ?
Do I need / Is there such a thing as an 11 speed chain whip ?
Anyone know of a link to a video demo on the web ?
All tips and advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The process is exactly the same as any other cassette. As far as I know there aren't any 11 speed chain whips. A regular chain whip will work.
You should really use a Campag specific lockring tool to undo the cassette, although you can get away with some others sometimes.
Really it's as simple as:
Use chain whip prevent cassette spinning
Undo lock-ring on cassette
Remove cassette and fit onto other wheel
Do the lock-ring up to the appropriate torque.

Not much can go wrong. Worse cases that I can think of:
If you do the cassette up too loose then it will eventually work itself lose and rattle and gear changes will be awful/chain will jump about.
Too tight you'll strip the freehub body0 -
