Simple question. . .
How hard is it to service your own forks?
How hard is it to service your own forks?
Tis better to regret something you've done than to regret not doing something!

easy and hard. and it depends on what else you find when they are in bits.
and it depends on what you mean by service.
What forks."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Well there my mates actually, they're a pair of Rock Shocks but i cant remember which, there nothing special but they keep sticking if they're not used for a couple of days, he also wants them re-spraying so wants to take them apart, i was just wondering how hard they would be to put back together?Tis better to regret something you've done than to regret not doing something!0

go to srams webby and download the service info and make your mind up.
Note if the bushes need replacing special tools are needed."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Should find all the info you need here.
You'll probably need the service kits though for replacement O rings etc. They can be hard to get hold of, try you LBS who should be able to order what you need from the UK importer or try TFTuned.
No Motion Control service kits available in the UK at the moment though , all on back order. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
