not really possible AFAIK, i'd buy a decent hrm, i like the cateye wristwatch one, i've got two MSC-HR20 and they're pretty nice.
Then buy a decent computer for on the bike.0 -

It possible to get a Polar RS300X SD(replaces the discontinued RS200) with includes the s1 foot pod(sd) that attaches to your shoes for running. Also look at the more expensive RS800CX with s3 stride sensor.

sorry my mistake, scrap the RS300X, not a dedicated cycling computer, for multisport and while can used for cycling, not dedicated for cycling. the CS100,200,300,400,600X,RS800CX with optional cadence are.
The Garmin Forerunner 305 for similar price may suit your needs better. https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=349
also consider a seperate Timex Triathlon watch to use together with a sub £100 cycling computer. The only downside you can't integrate the HRM with the built in cycling training zone features. http://www.timex.co.uk/product_display.aspx?id=30
It important to take note that some cheaper HRM computers only have one HRM for one training zone only.0 -
