Epping Forest Sunday
I'm off to Epping Sunday with the wife who gave birth 11 months ago and is getting back into riding again.
Anyone fancy a spin for a few hours? We used to be epping regulars so know all the singletrack. There's five of us out so far, I'll be on an orange Dialled Prince Albert, she on a Motolite. Give us a shout if you see us.
Should be there by 10am.

Are there any regular Sunday rides at Epping? Only i'd like to tag along (maybe with my 15yr old son), so someone could show us the trails. Where do people generally meet (start from). I know the Epping Club go from Chingford golf course car park on Saturdays, but I can't do Saturdays!
I live in Enfield, so not too far for me.
Also interested in being shown any other routes around my way, I understand there are some good trails around Hillyfields area.
Cheers

I would be interested in riding/ being shown a route in Epping. I am a total Noob, and am still experiencing at least one 'off' per ride at the mo !... .. If having me tag along would not be too much of a burden, i would be grateful...
Where is the ' meeting' point ?0 -
We always meet at Carls tea-hut in High Beach, noobs always welcome to tag along.

Hi GT Dave,
Me and my son will tag along this Sunday if that's OK. I know High Beech as I used to play regularly on that pitch & putt nearby.
Obviously subject to it not p*ssing down, well be there for 08:30-08:45.
How long do you normally ride out for, only I don't think we can stay out to play for more than a few hours, otherwise i'll get grief, which will probably end up with me having to let her go shopping, which will seriously melt my plastic
Cheers

Hi Paul,
Keep a check on our forum to see what is planned for Sunday (wouldn't want you to turn up and find no ride was planned!!):
http://www.eppingmtb.co.uk/Forums/viewforum/f=2.html
Rides normally last about 3 hours on average, so back at the tea hut by 11:30 - 12ish.
Normally heading south to Pole Hill, then across to Connaught Water, back up through Loughton Camp, then a little loop north and back to HB.
Cheers

Thanks Dave, will do.
Do I assume if no ride thread posted on the forum for this Sunday (11th) then not to bother turning up?
Or should I sign-up to this forum and start are thread asking if there is to be one this sunday?
Cheers
