Bike Rack - Hollywood B3 Baja Spoiler Rack For 3 Bikes ???

Does anyone have any experience of the 'Hollywood B3 Baja Spoiler Rack For 3 Bikes' rack;

It looks like the Saris Sentinel 3 rack but has extra straps/stabilisers for the down tubes of the bike which would be useful.
If anyone has any experinece of this rack please let me know? I'm trying to decide between this rack, the Saris Sentinel 3 or the more expensive Saris Bones 3.
