XT hubs with Stans 355 - where from?

Hi guys, any one know any good wheel builders that do a Stans 355 rim with XT hub?
I've tried Merlin but they only have Stans Flow
Im after a light weight XC wheelset that is tubeless compatible and think the above is ideal?. But all I can find is Hope hubs and I don't want to run the risk with their freehub body made of butter.
Also anybody know if Shimano center lock rotors will work with Formula Oro brakes? As thats my other option a Shimano M775 wheelset.

yeah, they're pretty good, a little overpriced, but good.

Any one have any clues about the centre lock rotors and formula brakes?
I don't really want to use the adaptors as they're expensive and add more weight.0 -

It is, but I do think the CL standard will overtake.0

I've just seen an offer for Shimano M775 wheels and XT brakes for £380.
They're not the brakes I was originally looking for, but they're still good brakes and an awesome price for the package.
I think im going to go for that offer.0 -
