I have to pull my left brake lever pretty much all the way in to the bargrip before I get any braking power.
Is there a quick way to get it back to normal?

there will be a reach adjuster on them.
But as above What are the brakes?
have you looked at the pad condition?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

you're looking at a bleed and possibly new pads too, can be a quick job, can take a long time...0
