Where is the measurement of drop bars taken from please?

    If you're referring to the width measurement than it's usually from the centers of the open ends of the drops or "center to center". A couple of mfrs use the outer diameter of the bar ends to measure which usually gives a measurement around 2cm wider than c to c.
