Equivalent Cervelo sizing

Hi,
I had a Ridley Excalibur which broke after a crash, and since then have been looking at my options. After seeing another carbon frame (Specialized) break in the exact same spot, I have decided to spend my insurance money on an aluminium frame this time. The Cervelo S1 looks good and all reports suggest this also. As the 2010 models are coming out, I hope the 2009 models prices will drop and therefore would be willing to buy online. Could anyone advise me what size would give me the same set up as my Ridley? I plan to transfer all the parts straight across. The top tube length on the Ridley is 565mm. I am 5'10" tall with and inside leg of 33". Plus, any other comments/views on the Cervelo S1 would be welcome.
Thanks
